Galatians 5:16-26 // The Middle Way of the Spirit

An exegesis of Galatians 5:16-26 featuring my own translation of the text.

In this paper I look at the cultural and literary contexts of the passage this list is found in, then look specifically at the passage in detail, and conclude with some theological applications. We will discover in Galatians 5:16-26 that, amidst polarizing opposition, Paul articulates a middle way of the Spirit.
